Frank Cohen is a leading collector of international contemporary art and founder of the private museum, Initial Access, which showcases younger artists from his collection.

Philip Dodd (Chair of Art13 London Advisory Board); Chair of Made in China UK, Director of China Art Foundation (UK)

Philip Dodd was Director of London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts (1997-2004) and is currently chair of the agency Made in China, as well as a regular BBC broadcaster, Visiting Professor at the University of the Arts London and Director of the China Foundation.  More recently he was content and concept advisor for the UK Pavilion at the Shanghai Expo and advisor to ART HK where he founded the Private Museums Forum.

Ramin Salsali is founder of the Salsali Private Museum (SPM), the first private museum for contemporary art in the region.

Charles Saumarez Smith CBE; Secretary and Chief Executive of the Royal Academy of Arts (London, UK)

In 1994, he was appointed Director of the National Portrait Gallery and, in 2002, Director of the National Gallery.  He took up his appointment as Secretary and Chief Executive of the Royal Academy of Arts in September 2007.  He was awarded the CBE in 2008.

Dr. Saumarez Smith is a Governor of the University of Arts, London, an Honorary Fellow of Christ’s College, Cambridge, and has received honorary degrees from the Universities of London, Westminster, Sussex, East Anglia and Essex.   He is a visiting Professor of Cultural History at Queen Mary, University of London the author of the recently published The Company of Artists:  The Origins of the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
